Depending on the time of year, do not be surprised if we sell out of spaces by the time the weekend comes rolling around. We have office hours to help you beat the lines, and get the best spaces possible.
Our office is open Wednesday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. Once you have gathered all your product and you know exactly which weekend you want to sell, stop by our office between any of these three days. We will provide you with a map and allow you to look at the space before paying for it.
We need your driver’s license in order to register you in our system before we rent you a space. Don’t have a driver’s license? No problem. Any form of state or national ID with your picture on it will suffice. We take state identification cards and passports, along with driver’s licenses.
Already Registered In Our System?
Great, you are one step ahead of the game. Once you have rented with us before, we do not require that you to stop at the office to rent a space– unless you want to. We realize many of our vendors drive from different counties to reach us, thus we are able to process the transaction over the phone.
When paying over the phone with a credit card, there is a 4% charge applied. Depending on how many spaces a vendor decides to reserve, the charge is usually $00.36 for one outside space. That’s right, just 36 cents is the 4% charge for one outside space.
Wanting to Rent for an Entire Month?
The more the merrier! We take payments for monthly rentals on the last weekend of every month. Depending on the month, the last weekend may fall on the 26th, or the 31st. If you are already renting on a weekly basis, you are almost there.
If you do not have a space yet, the best time for you to reserve a space for a full month would be the week after the last weekend of the month. Our office is open Wednesday-Friday from 9am – 5pm.
